APPLICATIONS OPEN / $500 UPFRONT
Turn one good idea into something real people can see, use, or react to. One founder. One milestone. One concrete deliverable.
CHOOSE ONE LANE
The sprint works because the useful outcome is deliberately narrow. Choose the lane closest to what must move next.
Explain the offer, collect interest, or validate demand.
A clickable or visual concept people can see and react to.
A practical scope and build sequence for the first usable version.
One targeted improvement to an existing product or site.
THE PACKAGE
Exactly enough contact and revision to keep the project moving without turning it into an unlimited engagement.
One kickoff and planning session
One primary deliverable
Up to three short check-ins
One revision round
Final handoff and next-step recommendation
WHO IT WORKS FOR
The sprint is most useful when you can explain the problem, provide access and content, make decisions quickly, and learn from a real first version.
THE 30-DAY PATH
You will know the deliverable, timeline, responsibilities, and definition of done before the sprint begins.
COMMON QUESTIONS
The sprint is intentionally narrow. One lane, one deliverable, and fast decisions keep the work useful without turning it into an open-ended build.
Not inside one sprint. Combining lanes changes the scope and is quoted separately.
The Project Order will state the handoff and ownership terms clearly before work begins.
You receive the deliverable and a short recommendation. You can stop there or separately scope the next milestone.
We can use a discovery engagement or separately quoted build when the useful outcome cannot honestly fit one sprint.
START THE SPRINT
If we can agree on one useful outcome for the month, I can send you a short Project Order and get started.
